Our Managing Director, Rob Adams, is accountable for steering our corporate approach
and the guiding the behaviour of our employees.

but also for fulfilling the promise we make in respect of the Corporate Social
Responsibility.

To help achieve our aims we will communicate our value to every stakeholder
in our organisation and embed CSR principles in all of our policies.Action plans, updated annually, will warrant continual progression, with performance
being evaluated using carefully selected measures. The targets and results will
be published and distributed throughout the business. Our successes will be publicly
celebrated and outstanding individual contribution rewarded.
